Meet Erika – Founder of Body Re:Shape Studio

My name is Erika, and I founded Body Re:Shape Studio from a genuine passion for natural health, body confidence and helping women feel their best.

From a young age, I was fascinated by natural ways to keep the body healthy, toned and in shape. Like so many women, I tried countless exercise programmes, diets and skincare products in search of lasting results. Although they all had their place, I knew there had to be a more holistic way to support the body.

Everything changed when I discovered the benefits of natural essential oils, self-massage, vacuum cupping and wooden massage tools. After incorporating these techniques into my own routine alongside regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle, I experienced an incredible transformation. My skin became firmer, my body contours appeared more defined, cellulite was visibly reduced and I felt more confident than ever before.

Today, I am a professional body sculpting therapist specialising in Maderotherapy (Wood Therapy), Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Post-Operative Massage following cosmetic surgery. My mission is simple: to help every woman feel confident, empowered and comfortable in her own body through safe, natural and effective treatments.
